Private Yacht Charter Sydney
A private yacht charter without a fixed plan — two to eight hours on Sydney Harbour, shaped around how you want the day to unfold.
Plan the day
About This Experience
Some days on Sydney Harbour don't need a route. The Private Charter is the day you build at the wharf. Anchor in a quiet bay for two hours and call it the afternoon. Lap the Bridge. Swim somewhere your skipper knows about. Order in lunch. Or just sit on open water with the city in the middle distance and not say much. Two to eight hours. Up to four guests. One vessel, one skipper, no itinerary.
Highlights
- A fully private charter from two to eight hours
- No fixed route — set the day at the wharf, change it on the water
- Cruise, anchor, swim, or hold still
- Up to four guests; the vessel is yours alone
- Built for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, slow Sundays
- $375/hour, flat — never per person
What to Expect
You arrive at the wharf with your day open.
Some guests have a plan — proposal at the headland at sunset, birthday brunch in a swimming bay, drinks while we lap the harbour. Some don't — they tell the skipper what kind of day it is and let the charter shape itself.
Either works. Cruise, anchor, swim, stop for a refill, head back to wharf and stretch the day, or finish early and walk to dinner. The clock runs from departure to return; the rest is yours.

Why This Experience Stands Out
- The day is yours. Not a route, not a script.
- Pace your own way. Cruise hard. Anchor longer. Both, on the same charter.
- Built for occasions. Proposals, milestones, hens days, hosting clients.
- $375/hour — the vessel, not the seat. Same price for one guest or four.
- Two hours minimum, eight hours maximum. Most guests choose three or four; full days suit milestones.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Most guests turn up with a rough idea — "swim in a quiet bay, lap the icons, head home" — and let the skipper shape the rest. Some have a fixed plan (a proposal at a specific headland at a specific time, for example). Both work.
Birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, hens days, family visits, hosting clients, and the kind of Sunday that deserves more than a long lunch. If the day has any weight to it, it suits a private charter.
$375 per hour, flat. The price is for the vessel and skipper — not per person — so a charter for one costs the same as a charter for four. Choose two to eight hours depending on the day.
Three or four hours is the sweet spot for most guests. Two suits a tight celebration window or a proposal. Eight makes sense for milestone occasions, harbour-side weddings, or full-day hosting.
The best days don't run on a schedule.
