You arrive at Rose Bay Marina ten minutes before your departure. Your grazing board is set out as you step aboard.
The skipper pushes off into open water. The pace is held; the meal isn't rushed. The harbour does the work the restaurant's dining room would otherwise do.
Two hours later, the yacht returns quietly, exactly when you're ready.
