Four hours. No agenda.

Sydney Harbour Boat Tour

Four unhurried hours on Sydney Harbour — past the icons, into the bays, and lingering wherever the day asks for longer.

Hold the afternoon

About This Experience

Three hours on Sydney Harbour is the postcard charter. Four hours is the one you'll remember. The Slow is built around the moments the shorter charter has to skip. Anchored in a quiet bay long enough to actually notice the water. The skyline turning gold behind you while the engine's off. A second pass under the Bridge because the first one went by too fast. Four guests. One skipper. A vessel that doesn't need to be anywhere else.

Highlights

  • An unhurried 4-hour charter on Sydney Harbour
  • Time to anchor in quiet bays, not just pass through them
  • The icons covered, then left behind
  • Up to four guests; the vessel is yours alone
  • Choose any start time the day allows
  • Pickup from Rose Bay (included), or closer to home for a small fee

What to Expect

You leave the wharf in calm morning or afternoon water — your choice of timing.

The first hour covers the same postcard sights as The Iconic: Opera House, Bridge, city skyline. Then the day decompresses. Your skipper takes the longer route through the eastern bays, anchors where the water stills, and runs the engine only when you're ready to move again.

Four hours later, you'll have spent less time looking and more time on the water than you've managed in years.

Why This Experience Stands Out

  • An hour longer than you think you need. The fourth hour is the one most guests cite later.
  • Anchoring time. Where The Iconic cruises through, The Slow holds still.
  • Genuinely private. Four guests, one skipper, no shared decks.
  • $1,500 total. A flat charter rate, never per person.
  • Built for the long game. Birthdays. Anniversaries. Visiting parents. Long Sundays.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is The Slow different from The Iconic?

The Iconic is three hours and keeps moving — the postcard sightlines plus the eastern bays, then back. The Slow is four hours and holds still. The icons are covered in the two hours; the rest of the charter belongs to anchoring time, longer pauses in the bays, and the parts of the harbour that reward not rushing.

Does the charter run in poor weather?

Charters run rain or shine. If the skipper deems conditions unsafe, we'll reschedule to a date that suits — no admin fee on weather-related reschedules.

What will we see beyond the icons?

Past the Bridge and the Opera House, the harbour opens east — Double Bay, Vaucluse, Shark Island, the reaches around Watsons Bay. Most visitors never get this far on a charter; The Slow is built to.

How many guests can join?

Up to four. Built for couples, small groups or tight celebrations — not larger parties.
